Delicious Homemade Chicken Sandwhich on Cape Seed Bread with a Curry Mayo

If I could go out for dinner every day I would be a very happy man. Unfortunately I don't get paid to eat food (what a shame) so tonight I was confined to my house. My father left and said that I was fending for myself...Big mistake, leaving me alone at the house means that a little "gourmet" cooking will be taking place.

I initially really wanted to make a burger but there was no beef, In a rage I grabbed the closest thing to me to throw but as luck would have it it was a defrosted chicken breast screaming to be grilled. Now I don't normally experience hallucinations, but when a chicken breast is screaming to be grilled I obey. Here is my recipe for a Great Grilled Chicken Sandwhich:

-First this sucker needed to be tenderized.

Tenderizing chicken breast, increases surface area so that it cooks evenly.

I used my fist for this process because I thought it was a good idea. It is also a good stress reliever tenderizing meat this way.

-Next I added my seasoning to the burger. I used salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cinnamon.

Add your favorite spices to the breast.

- To make a curry mayo simply mix dried curry powder and mayo together.
Spread it onto the bread try not to salivate too much.

Curry Mayo on Bread, this is great to dip fries in as well!

-For grilling a chicken breast, I do 2:30 seconds for each side. I personally find this leaves me with a tender juicy breast every time.

-Lastly I put some lettuce on the bread and topped it with the breast, here is the final product.

A thing of Beauty

Love at first sight.
