Boston Pizza- New Westminster, Heart Shaped Pizza

Valentines day is here and love is in the air. For me, my never ending hunger is much more important than love (sorry jess). My significant other and I decided on lunch at Boston Pizza. Located right outside my college the location was great for me. They have a valentines promotion where they shape they make heart shaped pizza, which we all know tastes 10 times better than regular!

The pizza here is good, not great but good. For the price you pay I would say that quality is definately there. The atmosphere during the day time is kind of dry but the portion size is quite good. For that I would recommend this place. I like that the pizza isn't super greasy but other than that there's nothing that sets it apart from other places.

The pizza is however loaded up with lots of toppings which was great for me and I had a lot left over to eat before my workout. Boston Pizza is a Canadian chain restaurant and there are many located throughout the lower mainland. If you play sports it's a good spot for the team to go after for nachos and beer/whatever you fancy.

I ordered the Boston royal pizza (a crowning achievement created with our signature pizza sauce, smoked ham, pepperoni, shrimp, olives, green pepper, onion, fresh mushrooms and pizza mozzarella), and my girlfriend ordered the spicy perogie (an inspired combination of sour cream, smoky bacon and BP’s Favourite Cactus Cut Potatoes with pizza mozzarella and cheddar, topped with green onion and a generous dollop of sour cream).

Final Thoughts: although this is pretty much a typical pizza chain restaurant give it a shot. They have some interesting pizzas and you won't brake the bank too bad.
