*First Off I want to say I highly recommend you give this recipe a try. It tasted so good, the chicken was so nice and moist and It only took 10 minutes to cook on the broiler.

This is the Marinade I made for 3 chicken thighs.
Ingredients:3 chicken thighs
1/4 cup soyasauce
1/4 cup water
2 cloves of garlic Freshly Grated ginger
Fresh cracked pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of dried oregano
I let the chicken sit in the marinade for an hour and then threw it in the oven.
I set the chicken skin side up so that the fat would drip down onto the chicken. I used the broiler setting and put it on high for 3 minutes to get the skin nice and crispy, I then set it to low and did 2 more minutes
on the skin side, then flipped it and did another 5 minutes on the other side.
The sweet and saltiness from the marinade made this taste great.
The ginger added such great flavor to the chicken as well.
I'd advise buying some actual ginger root and grating it, rather than using
powdered stuff.
Give this recipe a try, good way to
add something new to the taste buds if you're sick of bland
chicken breast all the time.
*note this makes for a very good sauce for chicken wings, just bake the chicken wings
like you normally would, but baste the marinade on them every so often.
Happy Eats!
