Goat Cheese Macaroni- Recipe

This weekend my girlfriend and I went skiing and stayed three nights in Whistler. Dining out at Whistler can= $$$ so we decided to make use of our hotels kitchen. Our first night we decided to make Goat Cheese Macaroni. We loosely followed a recipe for this and it tasted great. If you're a fan of goat cheese you must try this.

We made a very big batch of it so that it could be eaten on other days as well. Ingredients and Instructions are posted below, note that we only loosely followed these instructions. This meal is great to feed a large group of people. Serve with
a salad and voila great eats.

Ingredients:1/2 lb macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup packed grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup goat cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Topping:1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon dried breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup goat cheese
freshly grated pepper

-There you have it. Give this meal a try, the leftovers taste just as good, good for feeding a large crowd
and perfect if you're on a bulk!
